COVID-19 Protocol at Villa Paradiso Apartment Hotel

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests. Villa Paradiso Apartment Hotel will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments.

We are taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

Staff

    • Temperatures of all staff is taken prior to start of their shift. All staff with an elevated temperature will be required to go home.

    • Masks are worn by all staff in all areas. Front of house and back of house.

    • Employees have their own sanitizing stations placed in key areas for their regular use.

    • Daily briefings are held to discuss bettering our protocol and updates from the CDC and Government.


Arrival

We are proud to offer a 100% digital check in experience. Guests can check in on their phone up to 24 hours before arrival and pick up a sanitized key in an envelope from the front desk on arrival to the hotel.

Lobby & Public Areas

  • Hand sanitizing stations are available all throughout the property.

  • Signage is posted throughout the property to inform guests of the hotel’s cleaning measures and cleanliness policies.

  • Lobbies and Corridors are regularly sanitized.

Guest Rooms

  • All guest rooms are deep cleaned and sanitized prior to check-in.

  • Where possible, guest rooms will be left vacant for 24 hours to mitigate the spread of germs.

  • Housekeeping service is limited to cleaning on departure only. If guests need the rooms refreshed the Villa Paradiso Apartment Hotel is happy to accommodate on request, and on the condition that there are no guests in the room. Staff of Villa Paradiso Apartment Hotel will use additional PPE in order to protect themselves and guests.

  • Guests can call or message our guest services department and request that towels, and other supplies be delivered to their room.

Food & Beverage (Breakfast)

Breakfast is available with limited seating in the lobby area between 8 am & 11 am.

Departure

  • We are proud to offer a fully digital check out experience. Guests can check out on their phone and a receipt will be sent to the email on file.

  • Keys are to be left inside of the room.

Our Cancellation Policy

  • In order for you to make informed travel decisions it's important that you read and understand the recent guidelines as set forth by the CDC. It's also important that you know you the Villa Paradiso Apartment Hotel is here to ensure you can book with confidence. Our cancellation policies have been revised during these unprecedented times.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 48 hours before arrival date.

  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. Please review your reservations for details.
